Why does membership include nutrition counseling?

The majority of chronic illnesses impacting your employees can be managed with nutrition and lifestyle behaviors. Our Registered Dietitians help patients optimize diet and meal timing.

Why does membership include time with a care coordinator?

Studies show patients are more likely to achieve their health goals when properly supported. Care coordinators can answer questions in real time, in between appointments, to keep patients on track. 

Are labs included in membership?

Yes, unlike other concierge practices that require insurance to cover lab work, we include the cost of labs in the monthly membership fee.

What if some or all of my employees have insurance?

Your business will pay your employee’s monthly membership fee, but members who have insurance can choose to bill their labs through their insurance (though this is entirely unnecessary).

Will my employees’ personal information be protected?

Yes, everything we do is fully HIPAA compliant. All information provided by you or your employees will be protected. 

Is Kai Health Studio insurance?

No, Kai Health Studio is not a form of insurance. Membership includes annual care team appointments and lab tests.
